Land Acknowledgment
I acknowledge and give thanks to the land on which I live and work and to the people who have cared for it. This land is the traditional Treaty 8 territory, the ancestral and present-day home to many diverse First Nations, Métis, and Inuit people. I am grateful to work and live on the traditional territory of Duncan's First Nation, Horse Lake First Nation, and Sturgeon Lake First Nation who are the original caretakers of this land.
