Digital Longarm Quilting Grande Prairie, AB.

I have been piecing for 30 years and quilting my own tops for about 23 years. I have an English Degree as well as an After Degree in Secondary Education from the University of Alberta. I have always been a Northern Alberta girl and could never be away from Big Sky Country. I have lived in High Prairie, Alberta, Edmonton Alberta and Grande Prairie, AB.
My love of quilting inspired me to take a master 's-level course in the History of Quilting at the University of Nebraska-Lincoln, NE. Over the years, I have taken several Handiquilter-specific classes in Salt Lake City and Kansas, as well as classes closer to home, and numerous online classes.
I have raised three children, worked in a dental office, been a teacher, and owned a children's clothing store. I am currently most excited about my venture into Longarm Quilting! I am like a squirrel - easily distracted by a new style of quilting. I love just about every quilting style and method. I am also a bit obsessed with digital patterns!
Note: My home is smoke and pet-free.

I quilt with a Handiquilter 26" Infinity Longarm with a Prostitcher. Computer guided quilting allows me to be precise and to have uniformity in my designs. Designs: Well I have a few! I have so many that I have to use a program called Quilt Pattern Indexer to keep them all in order! I have a huge selection of cotton threads (Kingtut and Masterpiece) as well as Glide and Omni. My bobbin thread is either cotton, poly or a blend. I also keep cotton and wool batting on hand if you require it.
